Did you buy from us as a natural person? Then you are a so-called buyer-consumer and you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase contract concluded remotely within 14 days - fill in the "Return of the Vollkit" form below.

Did you fill in your IČO, and therefore you are an entrepreneur or a company, or has 14 days already passed? No problem. Beyond the law and independently of this legal withdrawal from the purchase contract, we allow you to return the goods after agreement with us for up to 90 days - fill in the "Return of the Vollkit" form below.

How to withdraw from the contract?

• The withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the goods.

• You do not have to state the reason why you are withdrawing.

• The goods must be returned complete, undamaged and without signs of use.

You can withdraw from the purchase or rental contract by filling out the interactive form below or by any other clear statement addressed to us by email or post to the company's registered office. You can also use the sample withdrawal form, but this is not your obligation. We will process your request within 1-2 business days of receiving it and will arrange for our courier to pick up the Vollkit at the address you specify when submitting your request.
