Battery and Case
360 Wh (10 Ah) lockable Li-ion battery in a waterproof bag (range 90 - 100km on a single full charge). The battery is fully charged within 2 hours and can be placed at the front on the handlebars or at the back under the seat in the supplied holder.

Bluetooth Pedal Sensor
A lightweight wireless sensor mounted on the crank that detects pedaling and instantly controls motor output. Charges via USB-C, 3D-printed for compactness, durability, and subtle design. Fits any bike.
Bluetooth Control Unit
A compact handlebar controller with three levels of motor assistance. Wireless, easy to use, and 3D-printed for low weight and clean design. Quickly mounts on any type of handlebars.

Front Hub Electric Motor
A wheel with a built-in 36V 250W motor enables speeds up to 25 km/h, fully compliant with regulations. Vollkit is compatible with wheel sizes 20", 22", 24", 26", 27.5" (650b), 28" (700c), and 29". The entire system connects with a single cable between the motor and battery, making installation quick and straightforward.
Front or rear battery mounting
Each mounting method has its advantages and disadvantages... it all depends only on your preferences and ways of using the vollkit
Handlebar Mount
If you often ride long distances and use a rear rack for luggage or a child seat, it’s more practical to place the battery on the handlebars. This keeps the rear area free while keeping the battery easily accessible during the ride.
Seatpost Mount
Placing the battery behind the seat is ideal for balancing the bike – with the motor in the front wheel, the rear battery creates perfect weight distribution. It also looks like a regular tool bag, so at first glance, it doesn’t appear to be a battery.
VOLLKIT APP
With the VOLLKIT app, you can easily customize your ride.
It provides real-time information, from adjusting pedal-assist levels to monitoring battery health and performance.
What about installation?
The installation itself on a regular bicycle takes approximately 15-25 minutes and you can do it yourself by following these simple instructions:

Before installing, make sure your bike has a Quick-Release fork. Otherwise, you will need to replace the fork as well, which any bike shop can do for you.

If you prefer, we can provide full installation at a pre-agreed location, where we’ll set everything up and train you.
The installation fee is €25. If you later decide to remove the Vollkit, we can do that as well for €25.
In case of a malfunction, we’ll handle repairs or replace the Vollkit under warranty so you can use it again as soon as possible.
