We usually process complaints within 2-3 business days.

You do not have to return the Vollkit in its original packaging, and you only need to return the part that is damaged.
Damaged shipment packaging
If you notice damaged packaging when the courier arrives, you do not need to inspect the goods:

If possible, please take a photo of the damaged goods and send them to us by email. This will help us resolve the complaint with the carrier.

On weekdays, we will contact you within 24 hours and agree on the details of the complaint.

If the claimed goods need to be returned to us, our courier will come to pick them up. We will order the courier after consultation with you.

Depending on the problem found, we will either refund your money, resend the missing part of the Vollkit, or send you a completely new Vollkit for replacement. Delivery times are not changed and the replacement will be shipped 1-2 business days after it is in stock.
